As a senior designer at Klaveness Digital, I mentor and guide my colleagues to help them develop what they need for their career paths. By leading the design projects with my colleagues we are bringing design solutions to life that adhere to marketing strategies and business goals. In a company we value sharing knowledge, balance in life and work, being resilient and customer-oriented at the same time, and trusting our systems and the feedback we get.
We have a good relationship with our customers and always gather relevant concrete feedback to improve. I also had a few projects with the marketing team as well, where we developed the new CargoValue brand and what it should stand for.
I was the one taking charge of the Design System and the procedures after.
